Not good to be ministering 24hrs a day

I was thinking today, if someone had it in them to be a minister 24hrs a day, that is not a good thing. If someone is always giving away of themselves, then when are they ever have time to get what God is wanting to give them? In Psalms, there is a word "Selah" and that word means "to rest". If we are always working for God, and never resting, that is not Godly. Rest! Pastors out there, find time to be filled up (by God)so that you can minister effectivly when God gives you the grace to minister. It is not about what you can do, it is about what He can do.
