The emotions of today are like a car ride on a stretch of road where you never know when you will feel that dip. Riding on the road and someone else is driving and then all the sudden, your stomach drops without warning. Waking up today, I was not thinking this day was going to go as it did (the highs and lows).
Today, my Aunt Colleen Tippitt went to be with Jesus. The last few months fighting cancer is over and the more that I think about her death, the more I realize that death did NOT win. You see, she is with Jesus. The one who Himself beat the power of death and is dancing with my Aunt right now. As hard as death is for the people who are left here on earth, those who have hope in Jesus can celebrate the truth of knowing that she is more alive right now that ever before.
So saddened for my uncle Ken and my cousins Brian and Randy, but happy that Colleen has a new resurrection body and is alive in Christ.

Joel, sorry for the loss of your aunt, but as u said, she is in her eternal glory now! According to Colton from the book "Heaven is for Real", she now has beautiful wings & has a new healed body.:)

Joel,
So sorry to hear about your aunt passing but THRILLED to hear that she is dancing with our Savior. Have you ever heard the song "If You Could See Me Now"? It really helped me get through my dad's death. I just imagine what he is doing right now and it makes it SO much easier. Blessings on you and your family!!!! You will all be in our prayers!

I called some of her old friends, Larry Lammer's and Judy Berry. They understand and love that Colleen is now with Jesus, and is dancing with him and Angel's. No pain......perfect body. I believe that.
Psalm 37( don't fret)
