Blown away... By Amy Tippitt

It's day three of driving and we are traveling through the wild, wild west. We are desperately trying to maintain some form of dignity while traversing the outdoors due to the tornado-like winds. I was trying to retrieve Joel's sunglasses from the car and make a quick getaway before the gusts picked me up and blew me away, however my plan failed. I quickly learned that I am very clumsy in the wind. Texas gust+Amy= face plant into the hood of my SUV. No seriously, I literally had to extend my arms in front of my body to keep myself from becoming the new hood ornament for the honda pilot. I survived, but it wasn't the most graceful landing. No physical damage, only emotional.
Love and blessings on this Thursday morning and a "kiss" blown your way,
Amy

Keep ahead of the wind, plan on gusts as you exit overpasses. You should hit some rain, texas and LA style. Welcome to the south......WX is a big part of life there. The wx channel get's watched as much as NBC. Don't get overley tired. Yes, the truck does bump down the interstate. Keep up your speed with other truckers. All is well here on the left coast, non Bible belt. Y'all are going to love living in Anderson. Try to avoid I-85 (Die-85) rush hour through ATL. Just as bad as the 5 fwy here. Cops don't have red lights in SC or really any other state than CA. They're all Blue. Sing to each other in the truck. Love to y'all.........Beth should check on her travel plans to New Zealand, big earthquake there, lots of death's. Still recovering bodies. Los Angeles County Fire Dept is there assisting in cutting people out of damaged buildings.
