Let's Stay Focused On HIS Calling!

So, the announcement was made a few weeks ago that my wife and I are going to be moving to South Carolina to follow after a calling that God spoke into my life. We are going to be attending and serving (Volunteering full time) at NewSpring Church (www.newspring.cc) in Anderson, SC. The calling happened in August, but the details were not made clear until reciently where we believe that in February will be the best time for us to move.

Just yesterday alone, I had two conversations where I was asked to join a church on staff in areas I have always dreamed about! I have ALWAYS DREAMED ABOUT! That is what you call Temptation! When God speaks, the calling is so strong. It is easy.... for me to say no to something I have always dreamed about even when what He is calling to me seams unsecure... We do not have job security and we also will be driving across the country! That is Huge, but it is the calling that God spoke. I am going to post later why I follow the voice of God. Most people don't understand this... Most people never have heard the voice of God, so when I say that I heard God and I am following it does not connect with the hearts/understanding of most. I will hopefully share why I trust His voice so much and when IT all started.

Until then, let me encourage you to stay focused on what Jesus is speaking into your life through 1. His Word 2. Circumstances 3. God's Church 4. Other *Believers

Press on. His calling for you lived out is the best life! The ABUNDANT life that Jesus talks about.
